- 3 dividers
- TI 83 or TI 84 calculator
- compass and protractor (for use at home)
- 2 large book covers
First Quarter Topics:
Review of basics (identification, congruence, distance and midpoint formulas, angle classification, polygon classification, perimeter, circumference, area); inductive/deductive reasoning, conditional statements, symbolic notation and truth tables, algebraic properties, basic proofs, parallel and perpendicular lines, basic construction
We will also experiment with the Explorer Sketchpad, a free geometry app, on Ipad.
