MASE Fitness Training: was started by former NFL Linebacker Eddie Mason and was developed to help individuals improve their overall athletic performance in any sport. At MASE Training, they will instill a “Character-first” attitude back into sports competition. Their purpose is to improve every athletes mental, spiritual and physical strength as well as overall performance. If an athlete BELIEVES that he or she can achieve a goal, then that athlete will apply the attitude and work ethic necessary to succeed. Registration forms will be out in December.
