*Families are eligible for either a Sibling or Church Member discount. The eldest child is the “Child 1”. All children must be enrolled at the same time for the Sibling/Church Member Discount. Church Members with siblings may choose either Church Member Discount or Sibling Discount, not both. Payment in full is due on or before May 1 to receive the Annual discount.
