Process
We are currently accepting applications for all grades for the 2012-13 school year. Applicatons are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Apply
To Apply, submit the following to Dominion Academy:
- Student Application (Click Here) Release of Student Records (K – 8th grades)
- Application Fee
Request that the current school complete the Student Evaluation (K – 8th) and return it to Dominion Academy. These forms are included in the application packet and should be returned by student testing.
- Families will be contacted to schedule student assessment (K – 8th).
- A family interview and/or student visitation may be requested by the administration.
- Parents will be notified regarding acceptance to the school.
- The Tuition Contract Agreement should be signed and returned to Dominion Academy within two weeks of receipt. The Enrollment Fee and Tuition Refund Fee (if applicable) are due at contract signing.
- An invoice requesting the first tuition payment will be sent from FACTS after the Tuition Contract Agreement has been processed.
**** Please note that rising kindergarteners must be 5 years of age on or before September 30, 2012.
